Great review! Why can't Siskel & [that other guy] do reviews like this? I see you've been keeping pretty busy, which is great. I've been volunteering at the Red Cross for the past few months (hurricane season is pretty big here), not doing much writing or really anything critical lately.
It was good to see you put out a debate again. I grew quite irritated with the site myself, and for a while did what I could to be kicked off. I wanted to see where the line was, but, alas, either no one has dropped the dime on me or, well, whatever. So what debate of yours did they delete? That's pretty fucked up... I knew they had deleted the debate that led to our first meeting, but not much else. Screw 'em.
P.S. Please review 300 next. Tear that piece of crap apart. The most homo-erotic movie since "Top Gun" meets the most historically off-base production since "Jesus Christ Superstar." I love it: Ancient Mediterranean men with no body hair at all! Persians, Monsters, and Greeks, oh my. This movie has been on my "worst ever" list since the day it came out. Will return to write more later. Keep up the great work.
